Step 1: Paneer ko Marinate Karna
Sabse pehle paneer ke cubes ko ek bowl mein daal kar uspe thoda sa namak, lal mirch powder aur chat masala sprinkle kar ke halka se toss kar lein. 10 minute ke liye side mein rakh dein taaki masale ache se paneer mein ghul jaayein.
Step 2: Batter Tayaar Karna
Ek bowl mein maida, cornflour, thoda namak aur halka sa paani daal kar ek smooth batter banayein. Batter na zyada gaadha ho aur na zyada patla.
