- 200 gms paneer cottage cheese, grated ya mashed
- 4-6 slices white bread ya multigrain bread
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 1 medium tomato finely chopped
- 1 small capsicum finely chopped
- 1-2 green chilies finely chopped (optional)
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder haldi
- 2 tbsp butter ya ghee
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise optional
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Grated paneer ko mixing bowl me lein. Onion, tomato, capsicum aur green chili add karein. Coriander leaves, black pepper, red chili powder, turmeric, chaat masala, lemon juice aur namak add karein. Achhi tarah mix karein.
Bread slices ko butter ya ghee se dono sides lightly grease karein. Sandwich maker ya tawa preheat karein.
Ek bread slice par paneer filling spread karein. Optional: Thodi mayonnaise add karein. Dusri bread slice place karein.
Tawa ya sandwich maker me sandwich ko 3-4 min tak grill karein ya jab tak golden brown aur crisp ho jaye.
Sandwich ko diagonally cut karein aur plate me serve karein. Serve karein tomato ketchup ya mint chutney ke saath.
