- 2 cups 200g Thin Poha (flattened rice)
- 1/2 cup 70g Peanuts (moongfali)
- 2 tbsp Roasted Chana Dal daliya dal
- 2 tbsp Cashews kaju
- 2 tbsp Almonds badam
- 10 –12 Curry leaves
- 2 Green chilies slit
- 1 tbsp Raisins kishmish
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder haldi
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- Salt – as per taste
- 2 tbsp Oil peanut oil preferred
Dry roast poha in a pan on low flame for 3–4 minutes until crisp.
In the same pan, heat oil and fry peanuts until golden brown. Then fry cashews, almonds, and roasted chana dal.
Fry curry leaves and green chilies until crisp.
Add turmeric and red chili powder in the oil, then add roasted poha and mix gently.
Add salt and sugar, toss well, and cool before storing in an airtight container.
