- 1 cup rajma kidney beans, soaked overnight
- 2 tbsp olive oil ya refined oil
- 1 large onion finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes finely chopped ya puree
- 2-3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 inch ginger grated
- 1 green chili chopped
- 1 capsicum bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1 carrot diced
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika optional
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 3 cups vegetable stock ya water
- Fresh coriander leaves garnish ke liye
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Rajma ko overnight soak karke pressure cooker me namak ke saath soft hone tak pakayein.
Pan me oil garam karke cumin seeds, onion, garlic aur ginger ko golden brown hone tak bhunein.
Tomato puree, green chili aur spices daal kar 5-7 minutes tak cook karein jab tak oil alag ho jaye.
Capsicum, carrot aur corn daal kar thoda cook karein.
Cooked rajma aur vegetable stock daal kar 15-20 minutes simmer karein.
Fresh coriander aur lemon juice daal kar serve karein.
