Ingredients
- 2 cup 250g Whole Wheat Flour (atta)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Oil/Ghee
- Water as required
- 1 cup 200g Paneer (grated)
- 1-2 Green Chilies finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves chopped
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- Salt to taste
- 2-3 tbsp Ghee/Oil/Butter for cooking
Instructions
- Mix wheat flour, salt and oil. Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough. Rest for 15-20 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine grated paneer, chilies, coriander, cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala and salt.
- Roll out dough ball into a small roti. Place stuffing in the center and fold the sides.
