- 2 tbsp rice (optional – crispy texture ke liye)

Step 1: Soak Moong Dal
Moong dal ko ache se dhoyein aur 3-4 ghante ke liye paani mein bhigo dein.
Agar crispy dosa chahiye, to isme thoda sa chawal bhi dal kar soak karen.
Step 2: Prepare Batter
Soaked dal aur chawal ko paani nikal kar mixer grinder mein daal dein.
Saath mein hari mirch, adrak aur jeera dal kar smooth paste bana lein.

- 1 cup yellow moong dal
