  • ½ cup boiled cauliflower (gobi)
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

  • Salt – as per taste
  • 1 cup water (as needed)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Step 1: Vegetables Boil Karna

Sabse pehle, pressure cooker mein aloo, matar, gobi aur thoda paani daal kar 2-3 whistle tak boil kar lijiye. Jab pressure release ho jaaye, sabzi ko thoda mash kar lijiye.

Step 2: Masala Tayar Karna

Ek large pan ya tawa garam kijiye. Usme butter aur thoda oil daal kar onion ko golden brown hone tak bhunein.
Ab ginger-garlic paste daal kar 1 minute tak fry kijiye.

Step 3: Tomato Base Banana

Isme chopped tomatoes daal kar soft hone tak cook kijiye. Phir shimla mirch daal kar 2 minute tak bhunein.
Ab saare masale daaliye – pav bhaji masala, red chili powder, haldi aur salt.

Ab mashed boiled vegetables ko is masala mein mix kar dijiye. Thoda paani daal kar medium flame par 10-12 minute tak mash karte hue cook kijiye.
