Aloo Gobi Paratha Banane Ki Recipe
1. Aata Tayaar Karein
Ek bade bowl mein gehu ka aata lein.
Thoda-thoda pani dalte hue soft dough gundhein.
Aata ko 15-20 minute ke liye kapde se dhak kar rakh dein.
2. Stuffing Banayein
1. Ek kadhai mein thoda tel garam karein.
2. Adrak aur hari mirch dal kar halka bhun lein.
3. Ab grated gobi dal kar 2-3 minute tak bhunein.
4. Uble aloo mash karke gobi ke saath mix karein.
5. Haldi, lal mirch, dhania powder, garam masala aur namak dal kar achhi tarah mix karein.
6. Hara dhania dal kar stuffing ko thanda hone dein.

1. Aata ki choti-choti loiyan banayein.
2. Har loi ko thoda bel kar beech mein stuffing rakhein.
3. Kinare lapet kar stuffing ko achhi tarah seal karein aur gol paratha bel lein.
4. Garam tawa par paratha rakhein aur dono taraf se halka bhura hone tak sekhein.
5. Paratha par ghee ya tel lagayein aur crispy banayein.
