3. Pani (Water): Zarurat ke anusar

4. Tel (Oil): 1 tbsp

1. Soya granules: 1 cup

2. Onion (Pyaz): 1 finely chopped

3. Garlic (Lehsun): 4 cloves minced

4. Green chili (Hari mirch): 2 finely chopped

5. Coriander (Hara dhaniya): 2 tbsp chopped

6. Turmeric (Haldi): 1/4 tsp

7. Red chili powder (Lal mirch): 1/2 tsp

8. Garam masala: 1/2 tsp

9. Salt: Swad anusar

10. Cumin seeds (Jeera): 1/2 tsp

11. Oil: 1 tbsp

Soya Keema Paratha Banane Ka Tarika

 

Step 1: Dough Prepare Karein

1. Ek bowl me aata aur namak dal kar achhi tarah mix karein।

2. Thoda-thoda pani dalte hue soft aur smooth dough banayein।

3. Dough ko tel lagakar cover karein aur 20 minute ke liye rest karein।

1. Soya granules ko garam pani me 10 minute tak soak karein।
