2 Medium Pyaz (Onion) (Barik kata hua)

2 Tamatar (Tomato) (Barik kata hua)

2 Hari Mirch (Green Chili) (Kati hui)

1 inch Adrak (Ginger) (Kisa hua)

4-5 Lasun (Garlic) ki kaliyan (Barik kati hui)

1/2 tsp Haldi Powder (Turmeric Powder)

1 tsp Dhaniya Powder (Coriander Powder)

1/2 tsp Lal Mirch Powder (Red Chili Powder)

1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder

1/2 tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds)

2 tbsp Sarson ya Refined Tel

Step-by-Step Banane ka Tarika

 

Step 1: Parwal ki Tayari

 

1. Pehle parwal ko ache se dho lein.

2. Uske dono side ka extra hissa kaat kar hata dein.

3. Parwal ko beech se lamba karke do tukdo mein kaat lein.

4. Agar chhoti size ka parwal ho toh sirf chilka hata kar use aise hi bana sakte hain.

1. Ek kadhai ya pan lein aur usme tel garam karein.
