  5. Dhaniya Patta: 2 tablespoon (kata hua)
  6. Namak: Swad anusaar
  7. Lal Mirch Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Garam Masala: 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Tel: 1 tablespoon

Step 1: Mushroom Stuffing Prepare karein

1. Ek kadai mein 1 tablespoon tel garam karein.

2. Usme lahsun aur hari mirch dalke 1 minute tak bhunein.

3. Ab pyaaz add karein aur halka golden hone tak bhunein.

4. Phir mushrooms dalke 5-7 minute tak cook karein. Mushrooms apna paani chodenge; isse completely dry hone dein.

5. Ab namak, lal mirch powder, aur garam masala daalkar achhi tarah mix karein.

6. Stuffing ko thanda hone dein aur fir isme dhaniya patta add karein.

 

Step 2: Aata Goonthna

1. Ek bade bartaan mein gehu ka aata aur namak mix karein.

2. Dheere-dheere pani daalte hue soft dough tayar karein.

3. Aata mein 1 tablespoon tel daalkar smooth banayein aur 10 minute ke liye dhak dein.
