  • 1 cup moong dal (peeli wali)
  • 1-2 hari mirch (bareek kati hui)
  • 1 inch adrak (grated)
  • 1 pyaz (bareek kati hui)
  • Hara dhaniya (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • 1/2 tsp hing (asafoetida)
  • Namak swad anusar
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • Tel (talne ke liye)

Step 1: Moong Dal Bhigo Kar Rakhna

 

Sabse pehle 1 cup moong dal ko ache se dho kar 3-4 ghante ke liye pani mein bhigo dein. Bhigne ke baad uska pani nikal dein aur dal ko mixer mein halke haath se grind karein. Zyada paani na daalein, paste thoda mota hona chahiye.

 

Step 2: Batter Taiyar Karna

 

Is ground paste mein hari mirch, adrak, pyaz, hara dhaniya, jeera, hing, namak, lal mirch powder aur garam masala daal kar ache se mila lein. Agar chaahein to thoda sa baking soda bhi daal sakte hain, lekin bina soda ke bhi pakode fluffy bante hain.

 

Step 3: Pakode Talna

 

Kadhai mein tel garam karein. Jab tel garam ho jaye to chhote-chhote pakode banakar tel mein daal dein. Dono taraf se golden brown hone tak tal lein.
