1. Toor dal (Arhar dal): 1 cup

2. Water (Pani): 4 cups

3. Turmeric (Haldi): 1/2 tsp

4. Salt: Swad anusar

5. Tamarind pulp (Imli ka ras): 1 tbsp

6. Jaggery (Gur): 1 tbsp

7. Red chili powder (Lal mirch): 1 tsp

8. Coriander powder (Dhaniya powder): 1 tsp

9. Garam masala: 1/2 tsp

 

Dhokli ke liye:

1. Gehu ka aata (Wheat flour): 1 cup

2. Besan (Gram flour): 1/4 cup

3. Turmeric (Haldi): 1/4 tsp

4. Red chili powder: 1/2 tsp

5. Ajwain: 1/4 tsp

6. Salt: Swad anusar

7. Oil: 1 tbsp

8. Water: Zarurat ke mutabik

 

Tadka ke liye:

1. Ghee ya oil: 2 tbsp

2. Mustard seeds (Rai): 1 tsp

3. Cumin seeds (Jeera): 1/2 tsp

4. Hing (Asafoetida): 1 pinch

5. Curry leaves: 8-10

6. Dry red chilies: 2

 

Garnish ke liye:

1. Fresh coriander (Hara dhaniya): Chopped

2. Lemon wedges: Optional

Dal Dhokli Recipe Banane Ka Tarika

 

Step 1: Dal Prepare Karein

1. Toor dal ko achhi tarah se dho kar 30 minute ke liye soak karein।

2. Dal ko pressure cooker mein haldi aur pani ke saath 3-4 whistles tak paka lein।

3. Cooker kholne ke baad dal ko mash karein aur side mein rakhein।

4. Ek pan mein dal dal kar tamarind pulp, gur, lal mirch, dhaniya powder, garam masala aur namak add karein।

5. Dal ko medium flame par 10 minute tak achhi tarah se pakne dein।

 

Step 2: Dhokli Ka Dough Banayein

1. Ek bowl mein gehu ka aata, besan, haldi, lal mirch, ajwain aur namak dal kar mix karein।

2. Isme oil dal kar crumble consistency tak mix karein।

3. Thoda-thoda pani dalte hue soft aur smooth dough banayein।

4. Dough ko 10 minute ke liye rest karein।

 

Step 3: Dhokli Roll Karein

1. Dough ko chhoti balls mein divide karein aur thin chapati ke size ka roll karein।

2. Isse square ya diamond shape mein cut karein।

 

Step 4: Dhokli Dal Mein Add Karein

1. Boiling dal mein dhokli ke pieces ek-ek karke dalte jayen taaki wo stick na karein।

2. Dhokli ko 10-12 minute tak dal ke saath paka lein, jab tak wo soft aur cooked na ho jaye।

 

Step 5: Tadka Lagayein

1. Ek pan mein ghee ya oil garam karein aur rai, jeera, hing, curry leaves aur sukhi lal mirch dal kar tadka banayein।

2. Is tadke ko dal par dal kar mix karein।

1. Dal dhokli ko fresh hara dhaniya aur lemon wedges ke saath garma-garam serve karein।
