Step 1: Chana ko bhigo kar ubal lena
Sabse pehle 1 cup kabuli chana ko 6-8 ghante ya overnight ke liye bhigo dein.
Agle din ise pressure cooker mein namak daal kar soft hone tak ubaal lein (lekin mushy na ho).
Step 2: Batter taiyar karna
Ek bade bowl mein besan, rice flour, cornflour, red chilli powder, haldi, amchur powder, garam masala, chaat masala, aur namak daal kar mix karein.
Ismein ginger-garlic paste, hara dhaniya aur thoda pani daal kar ek thoda thick paste banayein.
Uble hue chane ko is batter mein daal kar achhi tarah se coat karein.
