Step 1: Moong Dal Ko Boil Karein
1. Moong dal ko ache se dhoke ek pressure cooker me daal dein.
2. Isme 2 cup pani, haldi aur thoda namak daal kar 2-3 city tak boil karein.
3. Jab dal soft aur mashable ho jaye, to use halki mash karein.
Step 2: Tamarind Paste Banayein
1. Tamarind (imli) ko garam pani me 10 min tak soak karein.
2. Iska smooth paste banayein aur beej nikal dein.

1. Ek kadhai me 1 tbsp ghee ya oil garam karein.
2. Isme jeera, rai aur curry leaves dal kar tadka lagayein.
3. Phir hing aur green chili daal kar halka bhun lein.
4. Ab chopped tomatoes aur sambar masala daal kar ache se cook karein.
5. Agar aap extra vegetables add kar rahe hain to unhe bhi ab daal dein aur 2-3 min bhun lein.
