How to Make Kadai Paneer Recipe (Step-by-Step Process)
Step 1: Kadai Masala Banayein
1. Ek pan me coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black peppercorns aur dry red chilies ko medium flame par 2-3 minutes tak roast karein.
2. Jab thoda sa brown ho jaye aur khushbu aane lage, toh ise thanda hone dein.
3. Ab ise ek mixer grinder me dal kar coarse powder bana lein. Yeh hi aapka Kadai Masala hai jo is dish ko khas banata hai.
