Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Poha flattened rice
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 1 medium Tomato chopped
  • 1/2 cup Green peas
  • 1 small Carrot grated
  • 1 –2 Green chili finely chopped
  • 8 –10 Curry leaves
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • Salt – as per taste
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 pinch Hing asafoetida
  • 2 tbsp Roasted peanuts

Instructions
 

  • Poha ko wash karke 5 minute ke liye side mein rakhein.
  • Pan mein oil garam karke mustard, cumin, hing aur curry leaves ka tadka banayein.
  • Onion aur green chili dal kar golden brown hone tak bhunein.
  • Tomato, peas aur carrot dal kar 3–4 minute saute karein. Turmeric aur salt add karein.
  • Poha aur roasted peanuts dal kar gently mix karein. 2–3 minute cook karein.
  • Lemon juice aur coriander leaves add karke garma garam serve karein.
